With a few modifications to the previous patch, I got Accumulo to come up with
SSL enabled. To get AccumuloMonitorSSLIT switched over, we'll have to bump the
Accumulo version to 1.7.0-SNAPSHOT. To get AccumuloReadWriteSSLIT to use the
new SSL capability -- and in general for clients to be able to interact with an
SSL-enabled Accumulo instance :) -- we'll also need a way to localize certs for
the client (see linked ticket).
