I got the accumulo funtests switched over and added a sample appConfig for SSL.
Still need to figure out how to make the client install do client cert
generation automatically. Also, I added ${COMPONENT_NAME} as a variable that
gets substituted to simplify the configuration (see appConfig-ssl-default.json).
