if there's already support for passing in http.port as a system property, then
the pain I was mentioning is non-existant. You just need to configure the Port
Allocator plugin (assuming it is installed) and then do -Dhttp.port=$HTTP_PORT
(assuming that HTTP_PORT is the allocated port environment variable).
