I suspect you are in the minority here, if only because support for WAR
bundles hasn't been added to trunk (yet).

But I was under the impression you were using the standalone version of
Sling, in which case nothing will change with respect to Felix HttpService.
If you're using the webapp version of Sling, I don't think legacy WAR
support is an option regardless of the HttpService used. From what I've
read, getting support for RFC-66 to work inside an OSGi framework hosted
inside an existing web container is next to impossible. But this isn't an
area I've looked at extensively.
