[~enorman] Clearly the NPE for #2 needs to be fixed; #3 is more a problem of
the error handler and #4 seems to be a bug that needs to be fixed (assuming
that #4 works without sendError being specified). I understand that your fix
for SLING-10006 fixes that, so that's great.In that regard, documentating it
now at least revealed the bugs and we have a fix for it :)
