yes, right - I guess some builder classes we add to the API that create
objects implementing SlingHttpServletRequest and SlingHttpServletResponse
I'll probably create a prototype in the whiteboard which we then can
further discuss

I agree that the API bundle is a good place, with the new class or
service in its own package to avoid interference with other things.
