Apologies if I answer this in private but is an internal adobe link that cannot

actually I have added the method to RequestUtil (not ResourceUtil :)). Anyway I
hope all this has been something coming from me but in this case I have been
just a kind of bookkeeper lol (see [0]).

a few comments...
* do you have a test case for this? just asking because the initial issue
report mentioned a test and it'd be great to have one
* please use spaces, not tabs in patches
* I'm not sure ResourceUtil is the best place for this. What about ResponseUtil
instead?
