I think that the target folder can't be arbitrary, so we should validate that.
I am not even convinced that we should allow the target folder be configured,
since is used by the WST framework to sync data, so maybe the best way would be
to pre-configure it based on the project property and make it read-only.
If you think that an import wizard is the best way, just check the commit
history and restore it from there :-)
