As a first step, made the import wizard accessible via the normal import menu
again, as discussed. Linking to a server not done yet, instead issuing a
warning if a project is not linked (otherwise a user unfamiliar with this
tooling might not know what's wrong). plus restricted target location choice to
a project with the link to the properties, as discussed.
Keeping ticket open for later refinements, such as linking in the wizard
directly. Maybe also a more logical multi-step wizard might be useful (but not
high prio at this stage)
