[~cziegeler], the example in the README isn't that nice at all, this one is by
far smarter:
{{send("Hi Carsten!", "cziegeler")}}
The underlying implementation could look up your details in a directory (e.g.
LDAP) and pick a suitable messaging channel (protocol, e.g mail, fax, SMS, XMPP
or just store the message in the user's inbox in the repository) to send the
message out.
There are cases where senders are only interested that an entity gets an
message and not how that message gets delivered.
