[~olli]. I dont think this issue is the same.
 All the patch does is allow the main class that started the Crankstart 
Launcher to know if the bundles started successfully. If thats a Unit test, the 
unit test can fail or pass without having to poll over OSGi.  The Crankstart 
Launcher actually prints the startup status to the log files, but without the 
listener, a Unit test can't get to the information.

This patch does not deal with startup handling as discussed in the referenced 
thread.
