I can either upgrade the target definitions to require at least Mars (v4.5)
(was Luna = v4.4 in the past) or just upgrade the m2e dependency to 1.6 (which
is supposed to be still compatible with Luna, according to
http://www.eclipse.org/m2e/documentation/release-notes-16.htm).
