[~bdelacretaz] thanks for your review. {{ConfigAnnotationUtil}} is indeed
generic (but possibly still incomplete). I agree that it would make sense to
move it to a place where reuse is easier. Possibly even within the FELIX
project? Similar code might exist already in the latest SCR implementation.
At the moment it's a test utility, not sure if it is also useful outside of
tests?
