installer.provider.jcr bundle from the default {{loginAdministrative}} whitelist
[~jsedding] - as I have not found any instances of configs shipped in {{/libs}}
I have not updated the ACL and for now the {{rep:write}} permissions are set
only for {{/apps/sling/install}}. We can revisit it of course and it's easy to
change for our launchpad if we discover something needs to change.
