I think {{org.apache.sling:org.apache.sling.i18n}} introduced a bug in
{{org.apache.sling.i18n.ResourceBundleProvider#getResourceBundle(java.lang.String,
java.util.Locale)}}, since the HTL tests show different results - maybe
related to SLING-7421?!
If that's the case then this issue should be reopened until we cut a new
release of the mentioned bundle.
