{{basename}} doesn't seem to be correctly taken into consideration for
{{org.apache.sling.i18n.ResourceBundleProvider#getResourceBundle(java.lang.String,
java.util.Locale)}}, with the following failure in the HTL tests from
{{org-apache-sling-scripting-sightly-testing}}:
