Yes. The bnd Maven Plugin was added by [~cziegeler] in mid 2016 (SLING-5859,
see also [Building OSGi Bundles with Apache
Maven|https://blog.osoco.de/2016/05/building-osgi-bundles-with-apache-maven/])
and we are now hit by a packaging issue in Felix's Bundle Plugin (SLING-7351).
Instead of working around the issue I started to switch to the more modern and
future-proof bnd Maven Plugin.
