I think it makes sense to slowly move to the maven plugin directly maintained
by the bnd community. I think we could wait for the R7 release, as this makes
handling of exported packages more compliant to what we do today. We export
packages as soon as they have a Version annotation, however the bnd maven
plugin does not do this by default, but requires to also have the new R7 export
annotation there (it can be configured to work like we do today)
There are subtle difference between the default behaviour of the two maven
plugins, so whenever a project switches you have to carefully verify that
everything is like before.
