The property sling:basename cannot be used when using a JSON based dictionary
as explained here:

Unless there is another way of structuring the JSON dictionary node structure
to use nt:unstructured instead of nt:file, the property is not allowed.
My suggestion is to add sling:basename to the definition of the mix:language
