Right now there are various problems with ITs logging for Eclipse:
- slf4j and log4j warnings are printed since logging is not configured
- our own ExternalSlingLaunchpad uses System.err guarded by a system property
We should enable slf4j and log4j loggers and also switch the
ExternalSlingLaunchpad to use slf4j.
