First thing I notice is that the generated changelog is wrong, both the
CHANGELOG.md file inside the tarballs and the Changes.html. They both contain
the changes from the not-yet-released 9.10.1, and with a wrong release date

[9.10.1] - 2026-01-08

So I think that either we release 10.0.0 first, without mentioning 9.10.1 or we
wait until 9.10.1 is out the door before the next 10.0.0 RC.
