Hi Erik, extremely late in here, but +1 in adding a Lucene/Solr Birds of a Feather. Lisa, who reads in copy, was proposing to talk about case studies (to be added to the Solr website). So we could ask the attendees what company they are representing and how they are using Lucene/Solr? Then record it and make a transcript that Lisa will then upload to the Solr website? Lucene part may end up in a blog if their website doesn't have a 'testimonial' section.
What do you think? Should we open a PR? Any preference on when? If noone replies by Thursday afternoon, I'll open one for tuesday See you at the hackhaton, I should arrive around 12:00 Cheers -------------------------- *Alessandro Benedetti* Director @ Sease Ltd. *Apache Lucene/Solr Committer* *Apache Solr Chair of PMC* e-mail: [email protected] *Sease* - Information Retrieval Applied Consulting | Training | Open Source Website: Sease.io <http://sease.io/> LinkedIn <https://linkedin.com/company/sease-ltd> | Twitter <https://twitter.com/seaseltd> | Youtube <https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCDx86ZKLYNpI3gzMercM7BQ> | Github <https://github.com/seaseltd> On Wed, 9 Sept 2026 at 20:55, Eric Pugh <[email protected]> wrote: > Do we want to do a joint BOF?
