My clients are configured not to create MIDs, to be sure they are unique. Arcor isn't running Spamassassin, either - or at least aother version without this rule. When I send a mail to Arcor, it doesn't get scored. GMX is running Spamassassin and every mail I send to GMX users is put into their spam directory.
