Using a generic set of rules (actual ranges: 10-19, not 10+, etc,) here's my 
results for the last 60 days.  
I excluded spam, btw, since it would take way to long to run through 60 days 
worth of spam, even just 
limiting to IADB2 lookups...

It's not a ton, still < 1%, but it's a start.  In thinking about things more, I 
don't really want to support 
IADB2 since it aggregates the IADB data, it's actually less useful to us.  I'm 
going to put the rules in now 
anyway though, since
