Spam advertised email addresses and spam advertised web sites are fairly 
different in character, usage, etc., so what applies to one may not always apply
as well to the other.

One concern is that SBL has quite a few false positives when checking the name 
servers of domain names.  That could cause things like email signatires that
include a usually legitimate address like [EMAIL PROTECTED] to be
detected as spam.  (Such an address unmunged would actually trigger on SBL.)  
Whether such addresses appear more or less often than web sites mentioning 
www.gov.ru-MUNGED is an interesting and relevant question.

I'm not opposed to completeness of URI handling, but the consequences of 
expanding the current arrangement to include mail URIs do need to be checked.
