Ideally the registry should do this, but nothing prevents other domains from mirroring the data. For instance: _ctime._whois.somedomain.com.dnswhois.net A unixtime The value would be the 32-bit Unix time of the domain's first appearance. To get more range, one could shift the value a few (10-12) bits.
