Yes, we have attempted to contact every redirection site we have noticed in spams. Several have either closed their redirectors (yahoo, google, etc.) or are using SURBLs to deny access (SnipURL, metamark). See: http://www.surbl.org/redirect.html Most redirector operators seem reachable, but nate.com seems impenetrable and/or obtuse.
