+1 on 3.0.3 as-is.

+0 on 3.0.4 with additional patch for 4287.  (Red Hat will fix it
locally and we will release 3.1 soon.)

I do wish committers were on IRC a bit more often.  I find it very
useful to discuss development stuff interactively with Michael.

I do agree 110% that only votes on Bugzilla or mail are binding.  My
comment on IRC was just me assuming that there'd be 3 +1s really quickly
and/or forgetting to send my own via email.  I definitely did not
consider it binding or expect it to "count".

I should also note that releases can't be vetoed, so the "all developers
+1ing in a 5 minute period thing because they were on IRC" doesn't
really matter.  You can always cut a 3.0.4 if you can get the votes.
