I found one bug but that only fixes one of the tests.
Regarding the rest of the tests, has something changed about how trusted and
untrusted relays are stored? It looks like in EvalTests.pm
$self->{relays_trusted} and $self->{relays_untrusted} are empty when
check_rbl_backend is called and that prevents any Received headers from being
checked.
The bug I did find is in the while(@waiting) loop in harvest_dnsbl_queries which
has to run once before it checks poll_results because it might already have been
called. I'll check in a fix for that one.
