Longopts support (GNU compatible)

Having played around a bit more with this, I noticed that the replacement
getopt_long() I had put together wasn't very GNU compatible. So, I've rewritten
it with this one. It's GNU compatible (as far as I can tell) and parses both
short and long options. It supports -p 783, --port 783 and --port=783 types of
options.

Benchmark is :
Benchmark: timing 10000 iterations of spamc...
     spamc: 59 wallclock secs ( 0.61 usr 1.90 sys + 35.38 cusr 20.07 csys =
57.96 CPU) @ 3984.06/s (n=10000)
