Good overall, but I don't believe Windows reporting would be necessary. 
If mass-checking on Linux would be fairly simple, we could already have 
a lot more reporters. These are mostly sysadmins, and therefore should 
be more trained to sort SPAM/HAM, and they normally have access to the 
whole server, so much more SPAM/HAM.

I believe putting this into the INSTALL file, along with a quick and 
simple to setup/use mass-check, would help a lot already. Everything is 
there, it just needs to be spread to the "masses".
