Thanks for the quick fix. However, I noticed a few more probably related
problems. (1) lib/Mail/SpamAssassin.pm and tools/sa-stats.pl are different
versions in the 3.1.0 tarball and in the tag (no real changes though); and (2)
lib/Mail/SpamAssassin/Plugin/NetCache.pm is tagged, but not in the tarball.
Finally (3) various other files which are tagged but not in the tarball are
probably as they should, but I thought perhaps I should ask. These include
rules/70_broken_rules.cf, rules/70_scraped.cf, rules/70_testing.cf,
rules/regression_tests.cf, and lots of files in masses/ and t/.
