It'd be the current update with the currently promoted new rules (listed
with scores below) removed from 72_active.cf (or with their scores
zeroed at the end of 72_active.cf).
Or we could leave the promoted rules in the update and use today's
generated scores once they're available (or use yesterday's update and
scores).
Or we could just leave it be. It looks like FB_WORD1_END_DOLLAR,
FH_XMAIL_RND_833 and KAM_STOCKTIP14 may be the only ones with
significantly lower scores in the generated scores than in the update.
Are there many rules that are (a) hitting mail and (b) not in the
3.2.0 tarball? (I haven't looked into it)
