Steve, just to make this very clear, since your actions of reopening this bug
and then opening a new identical duplicate bug report indicate that you might
not understand what Bugzilla is used for:

Bugzilla is used to report bugs (or suggest enhancements) in SpamAssassin. It is
not used to report problems you have with your configuration unless you have
determined that the problem is caused by a bug in SpamAssassin. The problem you
have may or may not be caused by a bug in SpamAssassin. The best place to figure
out if it is would be the SpamAssassin users mailing list. There people will
help you figure out if it is a problem with your configuration, a known bug in
SpamAssassin that has a workaround or has been fixed in a later version, or if
it is indeed a new bug that should be reported here in Bugzilla. If the latter,
at that point you will have enough information to provide us so that we can have
a chance at reproducing the problem and fixing it.

Closing this bug with status INVALID is not a slight at you and does not deny
the reality that you are having a problem. It does indicate that the report is
not an example of an issue that we deal with on Bugzilla, but is something else
that needs to be dealt with somewhere else. When someone reports a problem that
we can't find it is closed as WORKSFORME. If we decide that the behavior they
are calling a bug is not a bug we might close it as WONTFIX. Bug reports closed
as INVALID are acknowledged as possibly real complaints, but are not likely to
be bugs in SpamAssassin that need to be tracked in this Bugzilla.

If you get more information that indicates a reproducible bug in SpamAssassin,
then you are more than welcome to open a bug report with that new information.
