Sure, "spamassassin --mbox". :)

But for rule testing, you'll want to use mass-check/hit-frequencies, in the 
masses
directory.  You may also want to check out my contrib/run-masses script.  I
use it to do my test runs (and my nightly/weekly runs), and it works pretty
well for me (though ymmv).
