Thanks Theo and Loren,I am definitively going to get this mass checker working finally. However, I did answer my own question.
When I'm developing rules, a lot of times I'll put emails into a folder so I can test them to see if my new rules work. Using mutt, I use this macro:
macro index \cy "<pipe-message>spamassassin -t -D 2>&1 | grep KAM<enter>\n" "Test Message with Spamassassin for KAM Rules"
Then I can hit ctrl-y and see how the rule worked out. Regards,KAM
