patch: wait for child to signal parent so spamd parent doesn't exit until pid
file is written by child
This patch should take care of what we have discussed in the comments.
Committed to trunk revision 683074, but please look it over and let me know if
you think anything should be changed.
Do we want to review this for the 3.2 branch?
