Hi, I receive many mails which are tagged as having a MISSING_SUBJECT, when
they do have a subject. Messages also get contradicting hits on other rules.
Below, I paste an example set of headers for you which has MISSING_SUBJECT,
NO_RECEIVED, and RCVD_IN_BL_SPAMCOP_NET:

I'm using the official package by OpenBSD.
While reading the mailing list's archive, I determined that a broken rule set
could be the cause of the problem, too. I do have a broken ruleset, shipped to
me by sa-update. From my logfile:
