What version of Bind are you running? The recent quickly released
security releases had some problems. If you are running any release
of 9.5.0, you would do much better to run 9.5.1rc1. Yes it is a
release candidate instead of a final release, but it is more stable
than any of the 9.5.0 series. For earlier versions, if you have a
P1 or P2 version (a security release) you should get the just released
next version of that series.
