It is right there, the 'localhost' is a helo information,
the tcp-info is in parenthesis:
  Received: from localhost (unknown [192.168.0.55])

You are expecting a broken Exim syntax of Received header field.
The RFC 5321 section 4.4 is clear on this:

 o  The FROM clause, which MUST be supplied in an SMTP environment,
    SHOULD contain both (1) the name of the source host as presented
    in the EHLO command and (2) an address literal containing the IP
    address of the source, determined from the TCP connection.


The good question is why a HELO_LOCALHOST merits 4 points!?
