It is not forged, it is inserted by your own MTA.

$ host 220.231.127.15
15.127.231.220.in-addr.arpa domain name pointer localhost.

SA doesn't do the DNS lookup, but relies on the MTA. I believe this works
exactly as advertised. Not a bug.
