I just discovered today a problem with the automated score generation and
RCVD_IN_CSS.
RCVD_IN_CSS shows no hits in weekly masschecks and thus never became enabled by
automated rule promotion, yet our server logs see regular RCVD_IN_CSS hits.
Could it be that "Showshoe" CSS listings are only listed for a very short
period of time, so it never hits during a synthetic weekly masscheck? Perhaps
by the time weekly masscheck has come such listings have expired or moved to
SBL?
If this is the case, then we will need to manually enable and assign a score to
CSS.
