I'm ok with this, but the team as a whole are not; Daryl expressed discomfort
with this idea:

'I don't really like the system, as the standard way to do things, at
all.  I think it may jeopardize our accuracy and credibility if we start
assigning scores this way, as the standard way.  If there were no other
option I would say sure, but instead, I promise to fix the daily score-gen.'

Daryl -- care to comment?


BTW, I find it very odd that we have no hits at all.  even with transient
listings, we should see _something_ -- even if just FPs on old mail!  there may
be a bug there that needs investigation.
