We should definitely include scores.  As I just mentioned in another
message, I think that we should just ship a renamed nightly update as
the rule tarball for the release.

sa-update will just get this from DNS, so that's OK.

OK.  They're just some quasi-stats for the generated rules in 72_scores.cf.

These, or some of them, probably shouldn't be in the nightly rule update
tarballs.  Do these get installed as part of the code package?  I know
'languages' needs to get on a system... I don't know how any more.  Do
the latter need to ship at all (I would guess not)?

Same for these.  Do they need to be in the update tarballs?
