Upon a cursory review, this report leads me to believe there is a belieft that
that all scores are positive.

If the time limit is reached and scores that might detract significantly
haven't been run (i.e. negative scores), we have an issue.

This is the same issue at the core of why short circuiting doesn't work.

In synopsis, returning data when the time limit is returned is incorrect
because you don't know where it got to in the processing.
