This is a blocker to releasing 3.32 IMO. In hindsight, you are correct. I didn't think about it when applying the patch. Is there any existing cf convention to follow for this? My thoughts are to create a v332.cf with an opening comment similar to v332.pre but reflecting rules rather than plugins.
