Hi!

Regarding the “unauthorized” trouble I just resend my email below with
the list of modules. There also was another mail with the particular
indexer output which showed it's mostly FELICITY (not only JMASON as I
originally wrote) who needs to set Co-Maint to the other users (at
least KMCGRAIL).

I would simply ask all users who ever did an upload go to PAUSE and
add all other n-1 users to Co-Maint.

Then re-index and wait some time to let it propagate.
Then we review what's still missing.

In the meantime users can install using

  cpan KMCGRAIL/Mail-SpamAssassin-3.3.2.tar.gz
