I think this must have changed since the last release I did, btw.
This was never a problem before, but I guess CPAN started flagging
unauthorized releases?
Justin, I agree completely that CPAN must have added this feature
recently. However, Steffen mislead you a bit. The owner of those last
modules is Matt Sergeant. I spoke to him yesterday by telephone and
pleased to announce that the issue is now fixed. I see 3.3.2 FINALLY
indexed in full with no unauthorized flags.
