Would setting masschecks prefs to

score   ANY_BOUNCE_MESSAGE 0
score   BOUNCE_MESSAGE,    0

be of any help?
The more I've thought about this, the more I'm worried that emails 
modified to look like bounces are going to skew a lot of things.  I also 
wonder if it's the reason your results aren't showing up on RuleQA...
