This matches the updates_spamassassin_org.cf I downloaded on 2011-11-02:

2011-11-02 is the same day Kevin changed the DNS record for the version in
trunk to a CNAME to v3.3.2, which *might* have broken score generation - bug
6644.
ruleqa was also not running recently (bug 6701), but it's back up, and we still
have no rule update, so I don't *think* it's related.
